Conduct daily hygiene inspections in all kitchens and outlets involved
Coordinate with related departments to implement corrective actions for the non-conformance (NC) noted during daily hygiene inspection
Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the Food Safety Management System in the operations
Maintain food & work safety documentation and records
Conduct monthly hygiene training for food handlers
Support ad hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a similar capacity
Independent, detail-oriented, and good self-motivated
Able to work under pressure
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in PC knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
