- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, staff relations, and salary review & budgeting
- Provide practical and professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to school leaders and employees
- Lead the HRIS implementation project, ensuring successful planning, execution, and enhancement
- Conduct relevant analysis and prepare management reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Manage additional HR-related projects as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in renowned universities
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in relevant industry and supervisory experience
- Strong organization, communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- HKALE - Grade C or above in Use of English and Grade D or above in Chinese Language and Culture/Chinese Language and Literature
- HKCEE - Grade B or above in English Language (Syl B) and Grade B or above in Chinese Language
- IELTS Overall Band 6.5 or above, and 6.5 or above in writing
