Our client is a highly respected education institution and is currently looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be stable, mature, personable and resilience with exceptional interpersonal and professional writing skills.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, staff relations, and salary review & budgeting
Provide practical and professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to school leaders and employees
Lead the HRIS implementation project, ensuring successful planning, execution, and enhancement
Conduct relevant analysis and prepare management reports to support data-driven decision-making
Manage additional HR-related projects as assigned by management

Successful candidates should possess:

Bachelor's degree in renowned universities
Minimum 5-10 years experience in relevant industry and supervisory experience
Strong organization, communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

HKALE - Grade C or above in Use of English and Grade D or above in Chinese Language and Culture/Chinese Language and Literature
HKCEE - Grade B or above in English Language (Syl B) and Grade B or above in Chinese Language
IELTS Overall Band 6.5 or above, and 6.5 or above in writing
