- Operate and monitor all building services equipment to ensure all tools and equipment in good working order 操作及監察所有工程設備，確保所有工具及設備於良好的工作狀態下運行
- Co-ordinate with other departments and outside contractors for maintenance work execution 與其他部門及工程承建商協調及執行維修工作
- Assign work orders to technicians and monitor progress 向技術員分配工作並監督工作進度
- Execute other duties as assigned 執行其他指派的職責
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Duty Engineer 經驗較多者將獲考慮為當值工程師
- Hold a valid Grade A Electrical Worker Licence 持有甲級電業工程人員執照
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in supervisory level 至少 4 年相關工作經驗，其中 2 年為監督級別
- Experience in building services systems 具備屋宇設備的經驗
- Independent and willing to work on shift duties 獨立及願意輪班工作
- Good communication skills 具備良好的溝通能力
