Responsibilities:Manage Procurement & Supplier Relationships

Source and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, MOQs, and delivery timelines.
Oversee purchase order follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to guarantee quality and reliability.

Support Product Development

Lead procurement for ad-hoc projects, with a focus on supplement and skincare product development.
Arrange product samples for marketing and quality testing.
Conduct cost analysis and quality assurance to support product excellence.

Ensure Operational Efficiency

Monitor and update purchase order statuses to meet delivery schedules.
Provide administrative and clerical support to streamline department operations.
Host supplier or principal visits as needed to strengthen business relationships.

Tackle Diverse Projects

Take on additional ad-hoc tasks to support the team’s goals and objectives.

Requirements:Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.2–3 years of experience in procurement, ideally in supplement or skincare product development.Experience in new product development, particularly supplements, is a strong advantage.Detail-oriented with excellent numerical, negotiation, and analytical skills.Thrives in a high-pressure environment with strong multitasking abilities.Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.Knowledge of wholesale processes and procurement strategies is a plus.
