Manage Procurement & Supplier RelationshipsSource and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, MOQs, and delivery timelines.Oversee purchase order follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to guarantee quality and reliability. Support Product DevelopmentLead procurement for ad-hoc projects, with a focus on supplement and skincare product development.Arrange product samples for marketing and quality testing.Conduct cost analysis and quality assurance to support product excellence. Ensure Operational EfficiencyMonitor and update purchase order statuses to meet delivery schedules.Provide administrative and clerical support to streamline department operations.Host supplier or principal visits as needed to strengthen business relationships.
