To provide guest services for customers including check-in and check-out services in a professional manner
Maintain good relationships and a high standard of service with all guests
To handle guests’ enquiries or complaints

Job Requirement:

Certificate / Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Hotel industry
Self-motivated, friendly, guest-oriented, independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Fresh graduates will also be considered
Immediate availability is highly preferred
