Responsibilities1. Consolidate clinic orders- check and adjust the order quantity based on 3 months consumption (6-7 Bu)2. Input purchase orders to CSP- inform frontline the order status (supplying issues, alternatives)3. Problem shipment investigation & solutions- (sales missed order?, supplying issues?, delay shippment, short ship, over ship, credit hold?...)4. Drug Master drug formulary-(manage item price, terms, sales, vendors, and perpare the version for the coming system, manage the drug formulary)5. Support Group's project, WDL and inventory related issues6. Support and prepare instructions, training, SOPs about Stock take management, Dangerous Drug management, dispensing practices and cold chain management to frontline dispensers and procurement and for Audit issues7. Recruitment and retention, support Procurement ManagerOthers:1. Set up new drug in CSP & set price in CSP2. 2. PO follow-up and PO entry in CSP3. Update master drug list4. Purchase Order Processing: Check usage, on-hand stock, adjust order QTY5. Inventory management on CSP & communication with front line staffRequirements

Diploma in Dispensing Studies or equivalent;
2 to 3 years relevant work experience;
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English;
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized;
CSP program experience is preferred
Immediate or short notice availability is preferable.
