• Within indirect procurement department for corporate services, involved in various sourcing activities and to perform strategic procurement function not limited to sourcing, tendering, price negotiation as well as contracting
• Collaborate with key shareholders, lead and execute sourcing strategies, ensure compliance to internal policy procedure
• Perform pre-selection, conduct financial negotiations with suppliers and cost analysis
• Liaise with suppliers for office equipment, facilities and services across printing requests, office supplies, building and security services to deliver cost-effective purposes
• Prepare regular procurement budget and business plans, manage cost control for shareholders' reviews
• Implement and improve group operational and administrative policies and procedures
• Any ad-hoc projects as needed

• Degree holder is a must within any discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant and solid experience in indirect procurement function within corporate services such as office supply, facility management and services
• Good experience in tendering is required
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese including Mandarin Chinese
• Cheerful, energetic, and hands-on individual is highly appreciated
