- Develop and execute the strategic sourcing strategy for indirect procurement categories, such as IT, HR services, Facility Management, Marketing, and others.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, innovative solutions, and potential risks.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor supplier performance, including contract compliance, service levels, and overall supplier relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive effective procurement processes.
- Implement best practices in procurement processes, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on procurement metrics, cost savings, and performance to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM) are a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in indirect procurement position
- Strong expertise in procuring categories such as IT, HR services, Facility Management, Marketing, and others.
- Demonstrated success in driving cost savings, process improvements, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in procurement.
- Experience in working with global suppliers and managing procurement processes across multiple countries is a plus.
