Prepare documents and correspondences, input data and compile analytical reports.
Co-ordinate and support team activities, including preparing agenda and minutes, arranging meeting, and guest visits.
Deal with internal and external customers / working partners to solve possible problems and propose areas for improvement to ensure the administrative effectiveness.
Handle customers' enquiries, feedback and requests and provide clerical support and perform administration.
Maintain and update records and filing systems.
The Person
Higher Diploma or above. 5 passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese, or equivalent. 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language.
Minimum 3 years post qualification working experience in recognized welfare organization; elderly or family services preferable.
Good PC knowledge in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good team player and able to work independently.
Self-motivated and committed to serve the elderly with caring attitude.
Attentive to details, systematic, self-initiative and willing to follow through tasks independently
