RESPONSIBILITESProduct MarketingDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.Collaborate with HQ and local brand team to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Manage product lifecycle marketing, including seasonal campaigns and promotions.Coordinate with sales teams to optimize product visibility and performance.Coordinate with demand planning team to ensure all sellable and non-sellable SKUs are on a optimal stock level.Event ManagementPlan and execute brand events, including product launches, pop-ups, influencer gatherings, trade shows, customers VIP events and in-store retailtainment.Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations.Drive ROI, engagement and brand awareness through experiential marketing.General Marketing SupportAssist in developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.Support PR and influencer outreach initiatives if necessary.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG.Proven track record in product marketing and event planning.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.We offer opportunities for development in addition to a competitive remuneration and benefit package to the right candidate.To know more, please visit:
