  • Responsible for identifying and recruiting new potential KOLs and influencers that align with our company goals and values
  • Responsible for developing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
  • Develop long-term relationship with KOLs and influencers
  • Monitor influencer performance and ensuring strong ROI of influencer portfolio
  • Align with internal teams such as product team, to drive strategic growth
  • Conduct regular ad hoc market search and analysis to keep up with latest market trend and competitor activities in influencer marketing
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years or above working experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty and fast-fashion industry
  • Fresh graduate is welcome. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant position
  • Strong interest in Korean and Asian branded beauty products
  • Solid experience in online digital marketing, preferably in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing
  • Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations
  • Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
  • Command of written and spoken French is an advantage
