- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners in Mainland China and Taiwan regions.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management.
- At least 8 years of experience in partner management and have experience in Mainland China.
- Candidates with experience working with manufacturing clients, or have MES or CMM systems experience will be highly preferred.
- A consistent and strong sales track record of new business development and reaching revenue targets is required.
- This candidate must be strategic, commercially driven, a strong communicator and a strong team player.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
