We now have operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Americas and other parts of the world.Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.Position DescriptionThe Group Head of Technology Innovation is responsible for leading and executing Technology initiatives (Ti), such as Drones Assisted Aircraft Inspection, Autonomous Mobile Robots, Robotic Process Automation, and AI/ML solutions at HAECO Group. He / She leads the Ti programme in co-ordination with HAECO Group entities throughout the development cycle from research, concept development, proof-of-concept, to scaling and deployment of innovative technologies. He / She will also work with research institutes, technology vendors and partners to integrate technologies into the company operations.What You'll Do

Research and consolidate latest global technology trend and HAECO landscape in the MRO market
Work with different entities to come up with a realistic rollout plan for the design, pilot, refinement, and deployment of annual Ti programme
Lead the technology application managers to drive entity level Ti programmes with tangible business results
Lead and drive innovative Ti Programme by exploring, evaluating, and deploying to HAECO
Develop the standardisation and adoption of technology applications (such as Robotics in operations, Artificial Intelligent/ Machine Learning through Image Recognition, New material/ tooling application, etc.)
Be the key counterpart with Group Leadership Team and Entity Leaders to review and align available technologies on the technology journey across entities
Act as key focal to represent HAECO in the external technology engagement (such as Aviation Services Research Centre and Engineering Councils/ Institutes, etc.)
Accelerate innovation and bring in new technologies and deploy them in entities to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency for our customers and stakeholders
Report the Ti programme and projects status with i) GLTs in Monthly Business Review; ii) Segment leaders, and Entity heads in bi-monthly Technology Working Group meeting, and iii) Entity Technology representatives in monthly meeting
Accountable to evaluate all potential new technologies through broad-based market research and realization of evidence obtained from any pilot project
Structure the evaluation and demonstration on all potential new technologies is feasible and deployable, and gathering user feedbacks and insights from key stakeholders

What You'll Need1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

Over 3-5 years of experience in technology innovation relevant working experience, partnering with external vendors and institutions
Ability to manage and facilitate technical workshops for knowledge / experience transfer and process requirements review
Strong experience in leading and implementing regional projects with structure programme and project management skills
Strong programme, communication, analytical, change management and project management skills
Demonstrate with proven experience in regional government technology funding and patent application

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

Strong technology literacy with bachelor or above degree education
Business process reengineering experiences (lean six sigma green belt or black belt preferred)
Strong project management professional with PMP Or PRINCE2
Agile development qualifications such as DevOps or Scrum master
Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
Knowledge in MRO business, operational technology, and MRO related regulations & standards is preferred but not a must
