We now have operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Americas and other parts of the world.Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.Position DescriptionThe Head of Corporate Procurement, Group Procurement is responsible for leading and managing the overall programme of category strategy development and implementation for the organisation’s category management function. This includes identifying strategic category imperatives aligned to the organisation’s business objectives and developing an overall category management framework within which cross-functional teams develop and execute category strategies and other initiatives aimed at reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO) of categories, products and services procured by the organisation. The incumbent’s role is to facilitate the establishment of cross-functional teams, provide the infrastructure, climate and support necessary for these teams to operate effectively and to ensure the effective execution of approved category strategies. The Head of Corporate Procurement, Group Procurement is also responsible for ensuring the sustainability of the category initiatives.What You'll Do

Assist the alignment of corporate procurement policies & practices across the Group
Explore and develop Group synergies among the Group companies
Develop procurement agreements/lead Group projects at Group & regional levels to leverage strategic purchasing power
Facilitate KPI target achievement among the Group companies by assisting the performance measurement, including but not limited to shortening sourcing & processing lead time and cost savings
Assist sustainable development initiatives at Group level

What You'll Need1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

Minimum of 7 – 10 years of procurement experience
Product & market knowledge in related category of purchases is an advantage

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

An initial Technical, Financial or Commercial Degree together with a Postgraduate Business or Finance Degree (e.g. Master of Business Administration, Master degree, Chartered Accountant)
Professional qualification in procurement & supply is preferred
Fluent in English
Good command of Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an advantage
