Develop and oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives local business
Partners with senior leaders across multiple business units and functions to develop strategic business plans
Support the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, encompassing partnerships, strategic investments and other inorganic growth initiatives for the Company
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
Analyse competitors and market dynamics to support informed decision-marking by senior management and identify new opportunities for growth
Deliver ad hoc research and analysis as required
工作要求
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in business management or business advisory role preferred in Banking & finance / insurance companies
Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive approach to work and continuous improvement
