We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 applications and oversee day-to-day IT operations for a renown financial services firm. This role supports a regional office in an international environment and ensures a seamless, secure digital workplace experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform).Administer Intune (MDM/MAM), user access, licenses, and security policies.Support cloud/hybrid identity management (Entra ID).Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.Oversee service desk performance and ensure SLA compliance.Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and support audit readiness.Coordinate business continuity (BCP/DRP) and crisis response.Manage and track IT-related invoices.Requirements:5+ years of IT support experience in international environments.Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Intune.Proficient in Windows 10/11, PowerShell/Python, and remote support tools.Solid understanding of networking (IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).Excellent communication skills with a user-first mindset.Microsoft 365 certification is a plus.If interested, please click “Apply” and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
