  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job description, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offer proposals
  • Handle a full spectrum of recruitment matters for Front-line roles in Hong Kong and selected overseas locations
  • Conduct market research on candidates sourcing channels to meet various business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ recruitment and talent acquisition experience
  • Experience gained from similar industry or agencies is preferable
  • Mature, responsible and good interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
