- Visit stores regularly to understand staffing needs directly from shop managers and frontline teams
- Develop recruitment plans based on current manpower needs and future expansion
- Draft and post job ads, and coordinate with recruitment platforms and agencies
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage candidate evaluations
- Present job offers, finalize hiring decisions, and oversee onboarding
- Organize recruitment events and company briefings
- Create engaging recruitment content for web, social media, and video
- Build relationships with schools, community groups, and industry networks
- Ensure a smooth and consistent experience from interview to onboarding.
- Maintain communication with candidates through feedback and follow-ups
- Track key recruitment metrics like application volume, interview success rates, hires, and retention
- A high school diploma or above.
- Around 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment
- Experience in retail or service industries is a big plus, with hiring for a large number of headcounts
- Strong skills in interviewing, assessing candidates, and using data to guide hiring decisions
- A good eye for employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Language skills: fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Japanese proficiency (N2 level or higher) would be a strong advantage
- A high school diploma or above
