In this role, you’re expected to:
  • Drive digital transformation. Uplift e-penetration rate for statement and advice and lead the meetings with stakeholders
  • Get fit as a business – provide suggestion to Card business to go for digital transformation
  • Coordinate with teammates to participate into UAT, user story grooming for card schemes’ compliance changes
  • ensure post implementation smoothness of every project
  • Be responsible for EMV Key, PGP Key and chip certificate renewal
  • Participate into projects driven by Product Team or control related, especially AML related projects on finetuning the proper usage of transaction code
  • Works with teams in Core Ops to find ways to shut down manual work, to implement automation processes
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Fast learner and able to work independently under pressure
  • Willing to work overtime or shift especially during project launch period
  • Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Sound in Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Open-minded and willing to embrace new technology
  • Logical thinking and have strong problem solving skill
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ relevant experiences in credit card business and certain knowledge in banking business
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Attention to details and have strong problem solving skill
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
