- Design creative visual and multimedia solutions for marketing campaigns
- Produce and execute creative multimedia content in various formats, including graphics, motion graphics and videos on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, website, etc.
- Work closely with marketing team to develop innovative storytelling concepts
- Responsible for multimedia and video production
- Capable to handle video shooting, editing and after effect
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and design
- Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Media, Multimedia Design, Advertising or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia, video production and graphic design, particularly for social media platforms
- Proven supervisory experience in creative or design leadership role, able to demonstrate strong people management skills
- Strong conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive visual; good sense of photography
- Able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design tools
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
