Responsibilities:

Design creative visual and multimedia solutions for marketing campaigns
Produce and execute creative multimedia content in various formats, including graphics, motion graphics and videos on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, website, etc.
Work closely with marketing team to develop innovative storytelling concepts
Responsible for multimedia and video production
Capable to handle video shooting, editing and after effect
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and design
Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Media, Multimedia Design, Advertising or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia, video production and graphic design, particularly for social media platforms
Proven supervisory experience in creative or design leadership role, able to demonstrate strong people management skills
Strong conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive visual; good sense of photography
Able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design tools
Good command of English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferred
