- Designing and developing products for designated customers and executing the co-creation model
- Supervising and mentoring the design team to ensure high-quality output and professional development
- Leading presentations to customers to support marketing and brand building
- Building trusted partnerships with assigned customers through co-creation and co-design
- Using design expertise to influence customers and facilitate sales activities
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored product solutions
- Keeping pace with market trends and new technologies for customized innovations
- Acting as a technical sales expert to generate sales through product offerings
- Conducting market share analysis, competitive landscape reviews, and user segmentation to develop a strong product roadmap
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, intimate products
- Degree or above in Textile / Fashion, or related disciplines
- Good command of English; Chinese language skills are a plus
- Proficient in Adobe design software; knowledge of CAD and 3D design software preferred
- Frequent travel to China
