Senior Manager, Product & Sales Process Design (PD&O-SM-P&SPD)

• Oversee the mobile, home and fixed product design, as well as sales process design to meet the business goals and needs
• Collaborate with product team and enablement team to understand product requirements, system capability and establish design goals
• Design the product spec and features, sales and operational process to balance standardization and customization
• Implement and enforce the Product Governance framework to ensure that product features are designed, approved, created, and managed throughout its lifecycle aligned with company product strategy and complied with regulations
• Establish and maintain product document control process to ensure that documents are properly managed throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure the implementation of new product and offering features work as designed before rollout
• Collaborate with Product Ops teams ensuring the implementation of product, offering, sales and operational process match with design
• Define framework to analyze product quality performance and iterate based on user feedback

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development/management or relevant experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, optimistic attitude, and team-oriented mindset
• Capable of leading teams and managing significant scope changes effectively
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills, capable of presenting product design ideas to all levels of stakeholders
• Good understanding of telecom product domain, technological stack, and business support system (BSS) is required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Manager
