Responsibility
  • Provide one-stop recruitment service including sourcing, advertisement, selection, interview and on-boarding issues.
  • Handle and follow up on training related issues and visa applications.
  • Design, maintain and implement HRMIS, webpage, and HR-related applications.
  • Participate in regular HR & Admin assignments, including ISO audits and surveys & reports.
  • Support daily HR & Admin operations, perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
RequirementAcademic Qualification: Higher Diploma or aboveField of Study: Human Resources Management or Business AdministrationYears of Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant HR & Admin working experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinances is preferred;
  • Familiar in MS Office, including Excel (Pivot table and Vlookup are must), Word & Powerpoint;
  • Mature, reliable and ability to work independently;
  • Effective communication skill with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
