APAC Investment Senior Associate - Asset Enhancement

• The candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis for the investment initiatives
• Work closely with internal team in achieving successful transaction closures.
• Responsibilities for detail market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and analyse report.
• Passionate in develop new sector and market, and a willingness to venture
• Develop regular corporate strategy review .

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration & global business, etc.
• minimum 7 years of experience in investment strategy development
• Assent management company or an investment banking background would be advantageous.
• Good investment track record, with experience in APAC region is a plus.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
