• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential overseas real estate investment opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating investment proposals, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather relevant information and data for investment decision-making.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring real estate investment deals, including purchase agreements, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
• Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate investments, including financial performance, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment targets, including property inspections, legal and financial document reviews.
• Support the overall investment strategy and contribute to the team's efforts in achieving investment target

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• min. 3 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Knowledge of overseas real estate markets, including market dynamics, investment regulations, and local practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate investment recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough due diligence.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are a plus.
