- Real Estate DeveloperWe are looking for a Cabling/Data Center Facilities Architect to join our client's fast-growing team.Responsibilities:

Act as pre-sale role of structured cabling system
Act as pre-sale role of data center facilities
Provide plan and design of Data Center Cabling Infrastructure includes Structured Cabling, Cable Containment, TBE Room, Meet Room, Server Room, Data Center Hall, Riser, Lead-in, CRAC, Rack, UPS, Fire Suppression Systems, Water Leakage Systems, with consideration of system flexibility, redundancy, stability, security, and sustainability
Prepare technical proposal, presentation, RFP document and drawing incorporating technical requirements in the specification, schematic, and layout drawing
Work closely with the sales team to identify and explore business opportunities and turn them into revenue
Be responsible for solutions and technical write-up, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design and scope
Provide cost effective and innovative solutions based on client requirements
Prepare technical proposal and present solutions to clients
Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team

Requirements:

Degree holder in related disciplines
10+ years in technical pre-sales, architect and/or consultant role on SCS and data center facilities
Sound and proven experience on solution design TCV over 10M
Possession of related IT certification is an advantage
Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua will be an advantage
