The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
  • Planning and coordinating with relevant Schools and Offices on inbound and outbound international student mobility programmes and activities;
  • Liaising with related internal and external stakeholders;
  • Planning and organizing various study tours in collaboration with non-local universities;
  • Planning and coordinating various visits, conference and exchange activities, etc.;
  • Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings;
  • Managing the office administrative matters;
  • Supervising the junior staff; and
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
  • A recognized degree with at least 6 years’ relevant post-qualification administrative and supervisory experience;
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with attentiveness to details; and
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
