- Drive process re-engineering efforts to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within life insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution channels.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in process improvement and resource management is highly desirable.
