- Drive and supervise Agencies in achieving sales targets and development objectives
- Maximize sales and drive business growth through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives and promotions including provision of targeted support to DA’s (i.e. needs assessment, assistance with business planning and sales activity, manpower and productivity, competency in sales, product knowledge)
- Ensuring clear targets and effective performance management processes are in place; providing advice, consultancy and support to agency leaders; coaching and mentoring for development; monitoring, confronting and effectively managing poor sales performance and non-compliance, including demotions
- Drive implementation of AXA strategies e.g. digital transformation; continuous uplift on productivity; quality orphan management; financial planning
- Identify and assists in the development of future new DA’s
- Provides communication bridge between AXA and Agency - communication of AXA’s strategies to DA’s; communication of Agency issues to Channel Manager; Input into future distribution strategies and initiatives for Agencies
- Approve and enforce promotions and validations
- Manage implementation of key projects and initiatives across Agency
