Associate degree or diploma (QF Level 4) or above
Level 2 or above in five HKDSE subjects (including Chinese and English Language) or equivalent
Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, logistics management, and customer service
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized

Job Duties:

Manage logistics operations and general administrative tasks related to food support services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Build and maintain positive customer relations through proactive communication via telephone, email, and digital channels
Collaborate with NGOs and corporate partners to enhance food donation initiatives through our platform
Perform ad-hoc duties and projects to achieve overall performance standards, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational goals
Working Place: Wan Chai
