Associate Degree /Diploma holder, HKCEE 5 passes [ incl. English (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above ] or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification related working experience is preferred
Good command of English, Chinese
Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Passionate in elderly services, proactive, kind, detailed-mind, organized, independent and willing to learn
A good team player with good communication skills

Job Duties:

Support the Head of Health Service and manage the C. C. Wu Hearing And Optical Centre
Coordinate and execute hearing & optical events and talks mainly for the elderly and carers
Event management, placing of advertorials and advertising using social media
Manage and track requirements throughout the full project life cycle, ensuring clear communication of scope and expectations
Collaborate with various partners in different organizations and service units
Perform hearing & optical screening tests
Perform daily accounting & administrative duties and monthly statistics reports
Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Working Place: Wan Chai
