- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and functional specifications.
- Translate complex commercial insights into actionable requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation of scope and requirements to facilitate successful project execution.
- Validate testing processes to ensure alignment with project goals.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis & Project Management
- Solid experience in translating technical requirements into clear documentation, working with a large range of cross-functional stakeholders
- Preferably exposure to retail environment and an understanding of commercial and business aspects e.g. margins, promotion forecasting, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- This is an individual contributor position so being hands-on and fully independent will be very important
