Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.Experience:
3+ years of experience in technical support or service engineering, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic systems, with troubleshooting and repair skills.Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.Analytical Skills:
