
Technical Service Engineer (Fleet Program)

- Manage the Entry-into-Service (EIS) program for aircraft with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards and on-time delivery of the program
- Oversee aircraft production quality and progress, working closely with the manufacturer, on-site manager, and internal stakeholders to ensure the aircraft meets the airline’s quality requirements
- Lead the aircraft delivery process, inspecting the aircraft on-site to ensure it meets the airline’s quality and operational requirements
- Manage Manufacturer’s Specification Change Notice (MSCN) and Specification Change Notice (SCN)
- Manage End-of-Lease (EOL) activities, collaborating with internal departments, lessors, vendors, and authorities to ensure aircraft meet all return conditions specified in lease agreement
- Negotiate with lessors to resolve any technical issues during return process to ensure timely redelivery of aircraft
- Organizing aircraft owner transactions, including CoR changes, owner/lessor information updates, ownership changes, and aircraft novation
- Maintaining an up-to-date fleet summary and ownership information
- Provide support during lease agreement and service agreement negotiations
- Drive continuous process improvements in aircraft induction and lease returns
- Assist with flight manual revisions when required
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between manufacturers, suppliers, lessors, and internal teams
- Performs and carry out other duties the Assistant Manager, Technical Service may assign
- Degree or above qualification in Engineering or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in aviation engineering; Minimum 2 years of related working experience in fleet management
- Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering License preferable
- Design Organisation experience preferable
- HKAR-183 Organisation Designation Approval experience preferable
- Experience of working with airworthiness authorities
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
