Manage the Entry-into-Service (EIS) program for aircraft with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards and on-time delivery of the program
Oversee aircraft production quality and progress, working closely with the manufacturer, on-site manager, and internal stakeholders to ensure the aircraft meets the airline’s quality requirements
Lead the aircraft delivery process, inspecting the aircraft on-site to ensure it meets the airline’s quality and operational requirements
Manage Manufacturer’s Specification Change Notice (MSCN) and Specification Change Notice (SCN)
Manage End-of-Lease (EOL) activities, collaborating with internal departments, lessors, vendors, and authorities to ensure aircraft meet all return conditions specified in lease agreement
Negotiate with lessors to resolve any technical issues during return process to ensure timely redelivery of aircraft
Organizing aircraft owner transactions, including CoR changes, owner/lessor information updates, ownership changes, and aircraft novation
Maintaining an up-to-date fleet summary and ownership information
Provide support during lease agreement and service agreement negotiations
Drive continuous process improvements in aircraft induction and lease returns
Assist with flight manual revisions when required
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between manufacturers, suppliers, lessors, and internal teams
Performs and carry out other duties the Assistant Manager, Technical Service may assign

The Ideal Candidate

Degree or above qualification in Engineering or any related discipline
Minimum 5 years of related working experience in aviation engineering; Minimum 2 years of related working experience in fleet management
Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering License preferable
Design Organisation experience preferable
HKAR-183 Organisation Designation Approval experience preferable
Experience of working with airworthiness authorities
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
