Provide technical support to HKE fleet with day-to-day activities for fleet maintenance requirements
Technical assistance for in-service powerplant issues
Manage technical and commercial evaluation to meet the operational and regulatory requirements
Provide AOG and on-site support
Interact across Airline departments, vendors and aircraft / Engine manufacturers
Perform technical and commercial management of all Engine shop visits, Spare Engine issues, all APU shop visits and spare APU issues
Compile shop visit scope and review shop visit report
Provide on-site support during engine shop visit
Review and Evaluate ADs, SBs and other OEM technical documentation
Develop EOs for the implementation of AD/SB/EA requirement, etc.
Compile the Task Cards per for AMS tasks
Analyze the reliability issue of powerplant and recommend changes to RCB to improve/maintain reliability levels
Support FOP MEL revision change (Powerplant items) review bases on MMEL or other Modification
Perform oversight on modifications and other ad-hoc projects
Support projects to induct new and used aircraft onto the Hong Kong register and entry into service
Performs and carry out other duties the Assistant Manager, Technical Service may assign

The Ideal Candidate

Degree or above qualification in Engineering or any related discipline
Minimum 4 years of related working experience in aviation engineering; Minimum 3 years of related working experience in TS aircraft powerplant system
Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering License is preferred
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Experience of working with airworthiness authorities
Design Organization experience preferable
