Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.Handle employee relations and assist in performance appraisal processes and provide feedback support.Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills.Ensure compliance with HK labor laws and company regulations.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Payroll processing and benefits administration.Facilitate communication between management and employees.Monitor and report on HR metrics to improve organizational effectiveness.Any ad hoc assignment as assigned by the CEO.Job Requirements:Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;Minimum 5 years’ work experiences in HR & Administration, preferably in health care company.Well versed with HK labour ordinance and employee compensation ordinanceResponsible, detail-minded, proactive, positive attitude and good interpersonal skillsGood command of both written and spoken English and ChineseApplicants are requested to submit detailed resume with present and expected salary福利 Benefits ：
