Job duties:The candidate is responsible for acting as the key technical. This role is critical in defining and aligning the technical architecture, design, integration, and data flow for the new digital contact center platform. He/She will ensure that the new platform integrates seamlessly with systems and supports the full range of digital channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, LiveChat, SMS, MMS, Email, Facebook) as well as AI capabilities implementation. They will also be involved in verifying the quality of vendor deliverables, supporting integration testing, and ensuring that the solution meets product-scale requirements.Requirements:
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in system analysis, preferably in contact center systems, digital platforms, or enterprise IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Oracle CX) and their integration with legacy systems.
  • Experience with data flow design, API integration, and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with legacy systems and migration strategies.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in system design, integration, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise systems.
  • Experience in working with vendors and managing technical deliverables.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
