Procurement Officer - Luxury Retail Industry

• Vendor Management for APAC Regions

• Create and maintain vendor master data in SAP, including vendor profiles, payment method setup and updates
• Review new and renewal of vendor documents, and follow up on outstanding cases
• Ensure vendor activities and documentation meet regulatory requirements across APAC markets and align with internal compliance standards
• Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately within SAP system
• Communicate with external vendors to verify documentation and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on procurement-related queries and guidance on the P2P process.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with reporting
• Support annual vendor review process

• Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or vendor management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using ERP software (such as SAP) and MS Office tools is a plus
