You will work with project team and cross-platform technology managers / leads to deliver the solution needed to support business requirements, as well as to lead offshore and onshore teams to ensure each component for customer digital platforms is well engineered for automation, high performance and maintainability.Client DetailsThe incumbent will lead the team to review changes and monitor impact for same and provide appropriate technical solutions to resolve all issues efficiently.Daily responsibilities inclduding: work with solution architects to engineering outcomes and deliverables that realize the blueprint and solution design, engage with stakeholders, digital platform operations teams and downstream systems to provide support for the digital platforms, lead quality improvements programs from solutioning, engineering to production through best in class practices.Lead transformation and ever greening of capabilities to ensure group run platforms have the most agility through technologies such as infrastructure as code, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud native approachesDescription

  • Engineering of all application SDLC processes and maintain optimal quality and performance for all applications
  • Own and lead the team to review changes and monitor impact for same and provide appropriate technical solutions to resolve all issues efficiently
  • Work with solution architects to engineering outcomes and deliverables that realize the blueprint and solution design
  • Engage with stakeholders, digital platform operations teams and downstream systems to provide support for the digital platforms
  • Lead quality improvements programs from solutioning, engineering to production through best in class practices.
  • Lead transformation and ever greening of capabilities to ensure group run platforms have the most agility through technologies such as infrastructure as code, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud native approaches.
  • Works to enable the business with the best digital and technology solution possible that is engineered to work in a scalable, agile fashion
Profile
  • Experience with automation and zero touch operations
  • Experience with execution of delivery standards, best practices and architecture/designs for major initiatives that include components of:
  • Logical architecture, physical architecture, integration/interface architecture, component architecture, data flow architecture, capacity planning, management/monitoring, continuous delivery, test driven development and business architecture.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms or equivalents of:
  • Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Datawarehouse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Blobs, Azure Express Route, Azure VNet, ARM, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps
  • Experience with DevOps and next generation digital (and security) technologies
  • CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Grafana, Kafka (Confluent), Python, Swagger, Alpine, Twistlock
  • Knowledge and experience with the following frontend technologies
  • Development experience with ReactJS, ReactNative, Java, SpringBoot, HTML5, AngularJS
