Posting Date: 2025-09-02Miki Travel (Hong Kong) LimitedCompensation & Benefits ManagerAbout the RoleAs the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and support talent retention in a fast-paced travel industry environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our reward strategies attract and motivate top talent within the tourism and hospitality sector.Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and continuously improve compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends in the travel industry.Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in Hong Kong's travel and tourism sector.Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations (e.g., MPF, Inland Revenue Department requirements), and coordination with finance and HR teams.Manage employee benefits programs including medical insurance, wellness programs, leave policies, staff travel privileges, and retirement plans (e.g., MPF).Partner with external vendors, insurers, and consultants to evaluate and enhance benefits offerings.Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and present recommendations to HR leadership and senior management.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.Support total rewards communication to employees, ensuring transparency and understanding of their compensation and benefits package.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, promotions, and internal equity reviews.Stay updated on emerging trends in compensation and benefits, especially those relevant to the travel and service industries.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or service industry.Solid understanding of Hong Kong employment laws, MPF schemes, and tax implications related to compensation.Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is preferred.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts clearly.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.Familiarity with salary survey tools
