
Senior Officer, Compensation & Benefits (HR)

- Perform full spectrum of HR operation and more focus on compensation & benefits, payroll and employee relationship
- Handle routine C&B functions including payroll and benefit administration, staff cost budgeting, remuneration and benefit review in Hong Kong and Macau
- Review and develop the HR systems not limited to Payroll, Time and Attendance and HCM.
- Draft, review and execute the staff salary review, bonus scheme and other staff benefits
- Update and suggest the C&B policies from time to time to the management by collecting market information and HR professional advise, ensure the policies are compiled with Labor Ordinance
- Provide information to employee enquiries on daily C&B matter
- Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects are required
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 4-6 years of solid HR experience in C&B, experience in retail industry is highly preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing is a must
- Initiative, assertive, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing and proactive with excellent inter-personal & influencing skills
- Good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Detail-minded, positive attitude and flexible personality to embrace change.
- Good at both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Japanese is an advantage
