ResponsibilitiesProvide full spectrum of China HR & Admin support including recruitment activities, compensation & benefits, payroll, tax returns and social funds enrolment to ensure smooth operationsReporting and Analytics: Compile periodic and ad-hoc management reports, providing valuable HR analytics to support decision-making.Assist in the preparation of employee and HR metric data reports, providing valuable insights and analysis as required.Training coordination: Organize various training programs, including onboarding, skills development, and compliance sessions to enhance employee capabilities.Support annual projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure reviewPerform salary survey, benchmarking exercise, cost analysis and other rewards related dutiesSupport and maintain HRIS system by providing troubleshooting and guidance to usersAssist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulationsParticipate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assignedAssist in organizing employee relations matters, such as annual dinner, volunteer activities, team building activitiesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting or related disciplines3 years or above China HR operations experienceHigh Proficiency in Google Applications, MS Office Excel, PowerPointWell-versed in Hong Kong & China Employment Ordinance, legislations and relevant regulationsDiplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential informationStrong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracyGood team player with strong interpersonal skillsFluency in verbal and written English and ChineseImmediately available is highly preferableAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
