Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for mid-level and operational rolesSupport onboarding, induction, and orientation programsOversee HR operations, including payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory complianceCollaborate with line managers to address employee relations issues and performance mattersSupport implementation of learning and development initiativesMaintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsContribute to employee engagement programs and company culture-building effortsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sectorStrong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
