- Manage compensation and benefits functions, including monthly payroll calculations, tax returns, MPF contributions, and final payments.
- Oversee administration of staff benefit programs such as medical insurance, MPF schemes, and employee compensation.
- Prepare compensation and benefits surveys and regular reports for management.
- Participate in HRIS implementation and enhancement projects.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and records in the HRIS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on payroll experience in a sizable company.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and related legislation.
- Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
