- Support on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organization's objectives.
- Assist on the design and implementation of salary structures, incentive programs and benefits packages
- Support on annual remuneration exercises include but not limited to salary review, benchmarking, bonus program etc.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of full set C&B experience gained from well-established organization is preferred
- Good understanding of local compensation principles, practices and trends with some degree of regional exposure is a definite advantage
- Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and numerical sense
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient user of MS Office (i.e Excel) and other HR tools
