- Oversee the complete Hong Kong payroll cycle, including accurate salary calculations, deductions, and timely processing.
- Prepare and manage payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Manage the full recruitment process across the APAC region, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support onboarding logistics and maintain recruitment documentation with confidentiality.
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects, providing operational support as needed to enhance HR initiatives.
- Ensure all payroll and recruitment activities comply with Hong Kong labor laws and organizational policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on payroll management and recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong payroll processes, including full-cycle management and reporting.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes across regions.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail in payroll calculations and documentation.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders.
