About Our ClientA renowned multinational organization in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Officer to join their HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support payroll management and APAC recruitment within a dynamic, global environment, contributing to operational efficiency and talent acquisition.Job Description
  • Oversee the complete Hong Kong payroll cycle, including accurate salary calculations, deductions, and timely processing.
  • Prepare and manage payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment process across the APAC region, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support onboarding logistics and maintain recruitment documentation with confidentiality.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects, providing operational support as needed to enhance HR initiatives.
  • Ensure all payroll and recruitment activities comply with Hong Kong labor laws and organizational policies.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on payroll management and recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong payroll processes, including full-cycle management and reporting.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes across regions.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail in payroll calculations and documentation.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
