- Responsible for trade support, settlement, trade entry, reconciliation, confirmation and communication with counterparties for FX operation and Securities Lending trade support activities
- Act as a liaison for the Asia market sub-custodians in the timely execution of deals in those markets
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions on relevant products and ensure daily output standards are met both quality and timelines
- Identify and escalate workflow issues, ensure adherence to all established policies, procedures and controls
- Provide client services and provide prompt respond to internal and external inquiries or requests via emails and phone calls
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues in order to minimise risk and exposure and to act as a risk control agent within the market services arena
- Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Management or relevant discipline
- 2+ years of working experience in trade support/ settlement/ reconciliation or capital market support within FS industry
- Strong product knowledge in FX or securities lending
- Highly attentive to details, strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure
- Strong English and Chinese communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently as well as a great team player
- Proficient in MS office (word, excel)
