Responsible：
  • Establish payment operation procedures encompassing Remittance, SWIFT, CHATS, inward and outward FPS payments, and FPS eDDA.
  • Ensure compliance with the rules, guidelines, and regulatory requirements established by the Bank, HKMA, MAS, and others concerning operations.
  • Address inquiries and requests from both internal and external partners, as well as customers, regarding transaction processing and related issues.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including reconciling completed work, filing, and other related tasks.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement：
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in settlement or payment processing.
  • Familiarity with banking operations and remittance processing.
  • Experience with SWIFT and FPS operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
